Anti-Spam Policy

SBO Private Limited maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding spam and the misuse of our corporate identity. We require all members to act ethically to protect the reputation of our organization and our clients.

Definition of Spam

Spam is defined as any activity where digital marketing content is sent without consent. This includes bulk messaging, unsolicited emails, and aggressive social media flooding that disrupts the user experience.

Ethical Social Media Promotion

Members must only share content in relevant groups and platforms that allow promotional activity. The use of automated "bots" or fake engagement scripts is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property & Brand Misuse Unauthorized Use of Identity:

The use of the SBO Private Limited logo, brand name, client logos (such as BUYMOTE,EDUQUEST), website screenshots, or application details to publish, spread, or promote unwanted fake information, malicious news, or defamatory content on any social media platform is strictly prohibited.

Any individual found misrepresenting our brand or our clients to deceive the public or spread "bad news" will face immediate termination and severe legal consequences.

Prohibited Marketing Activities
  • Harassing individuals via private messages using SBO materials.
  • Creating fake profiles to manipulate digital marketing metrics.
  • Sharing SBO or client links on restricted or illegal websites.
Enforcement & Legal Action

SBO Private Limited reserves the right to take the following actions against violators:

  • Immediate permanent termination of the member's SBO ID and all associated agreements.
  • Forfeiture of all pending payouts and earned balances.
  • Legal Prosecution: We will initiate criminal and civil legal action against any person using our brand assets (Name, Logo, App details) to spread misinformation or damage the reputation of SBO or our clients.
Report Brand Misuse

If you encounter anyone spreading fake information using the SBO name or logo, please report the link and screenshot to our head office mail sbotvm@gmail.com immediately. Protecting our community members is our top priority.
